By placing an order with Mr Fragrances, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Order Confirmation:
All orders are confirmed only after verification. We reserve the right to cancel any order if necessary.
Pricing & Availability:
All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Product availability may vary at any time.
Payment Terms:
- For Karachi orders: 50% advance payment is required.
- For orders outside Karachi: 100% advance payment is required before order confirmation.
Shipping & Delivery:
Orders are dispatched the next day after confirmation and are usually delivered within 4 to 5 working days. Shipping charges are applied separately.
Return & Exchange:
Returns and exchanges are only accepted for defective or damaged products, reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Fragrance preferences may vary from person to person. We are not responsible for dissatisfaction based on personal scent preference.
Limitation of Liability:
Mr Fragrances is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
